Achievements(2009-10)

  1. To continue better performance of faculty in research activities:-
    a) One teacher provided consultancy to Indian Overseas Bank, Mathura and Agra and also to Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Government of India. He also presented one research paper each in New Delhi and Mumbai.
    b) Another teacher delivered lecture in UGC sponsored National Workshop in Sirsaganj. He also acted as a resource person and chaired panels in six different National seminars and presented papers there.
    c) Yet another teacher presented two research papers in two different seminars.

  2. UGC sponsored “Equal opportunities centre” established in the Institute to sensitise students to the special problems of SC, ST, OBC, Physically handicapped and minorities.

  3. The project of opening the B.Com Programme under self - finance scheme is still under pipeline.

  4. The Institute maintaining its gender sensitivities continued its efforts and achieved success in getting more enrollment of female students here.

  5. Poor response to surprise tests and home assignments was witnessed because of engagement of male students in agriculture fields and house hold work of female students.

  6. An additional award :” Bao Krishan Pal Singh Aid society Award” Instituted an award for a student who achieved highest marks in M.A. Previous.

  7. Along with regular cultural and extra curricular activities one new competition was added i.e “Swarachit Kavita Pratiyogita” (self written poem competition). All winners were awarded and given certificates.
